Amazing Course!

by Ari Siegel
As a real estate developer and investor, I've spent a lot of money on real estate books and seminars over the years which claim to give all sorts of "tips & tricks," but nothing has come close to the "inside" information I learned from the Secret to Real Estate course. Basically, keeping a finger on the pulse of municipal building plans, and developing relationships and strategies that support what governments want for an area is a very effective long term strategy for developers and investors. While this is intuitive, I've never seen an industry expert explain step-by-step how to go about it. Thanks!

What is the secret?

by Eli Glanz
We all know that water is one of the secrets to life, but did you ever think that it's one of the secrets to real estate as well? One of the many topics covered in this course touches on the importance of water (and other critical infrastructure) investment by municipalities to the real estate investor. The Secret to Real Estate reveals various such signals that the astute real estate investor, either a professional or novice, can use to target their investment focus and improve their odds of success. The video lessons provide a clear and well structured overview of each topic along with several real-world examples of how each concept can be put into action. Each topic is covered at a measured pace and in small lesson units that aren't overwhelming. The step-by-step examinations laid out in the course can guide anyone through the process of building their own targeted real estate investment approach.

Insightful and filled with practical and actionable advice

by John Lundholm
I watched my first dozen or so videos and already it's changing how I'll approach my next property purchase(s). A number of insightful concepts and I'm just getting started.

Predicting and Profiting in Residential Real Estate is a very good informative course for a person who wants to learn more about Real Estate and how they can potentially generate profit within the field! The amount of value and content that Adam brings is amazing, which can really help take your skills to the next level.

Great Course

by Joe Tarkoff
This course teaches a great way to use publicly available data, especially from municipalities, to predict future real estate values. Anyone who's serious about real estate investing needs to know this information! The instructor is very clear and time flies by listening to him.

Informative & Insightful

by Avi Leshes
Adam has created a clear, concise and simplified understanding of how one can take advantage of out performing the competition by being aware of plans or potential plans a city or municipality has for a certain neighborhood or community. Such information is vital to not only have prior to purchasing ones home, but can be used as a successful tool to anyone within the real estate industry.

Great course! Incredibly detailed approach to real estate investing.

by Dan Lozovatsky
As someone who is new to real estate investing and many of the course concepts, I appreciate the level of detail that Mr. Katz provides. Some of the modules that I found most useful include the optional introductory lessons where I learned the background of this approach and how I can personally benefit from it. Additionally, the sections on master plans and economic improvement strategies were eye opening. It made me wonder why everyone didn't follow these easily-available sources of real-estate value. Lastly, I took away the ability to spot future hot-spots in real estate and solidified that knowledge with the multiple real life examples that are presented.
