As a real estate developer and investor, I've spent a lot of money on real estate books and seminars over the years which claim to give all sorts of "tips & tricks," but nothing has come close to the "inside" information I learned from the Secret to Real Estate course. Basically, keeping a finger on the pulse of municipal building plans, and developing relationships and strategies that support what governments want for an area is a very effective long term strategy for developers and investors. While this is intuitive, I've never seen an industry expert explain step-by-step how to go about it. Thanks!

As someone who is new to real estate investing and many of the course concepts, I appreciate the level of detail that Mr. Katz provides. Some of the modules that I found most useful include the optional introductory lessons where I learned the background of this approach and how I can personally benefit from it. Additionally, the sections on master plans and economic improvement strategies were eye opening. It made me wonder why everyone didn't follow these easily-available sources of real-estate value. Lastly, I took away the ability to spot future hot-spots in real estate and solidified that knowledge with the multiple real life examples that are presented.
